Reminders
- Session II camps run 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from July 29th-August 2nd.
- Drop-off is from 8:45-9:00 a.m. Pick-up is from 4:00-4:15 p.m.
- Please wear closed-toe shoes, dress for the heat, and don't forget your lunch!
Pick-Up & Drop-Off
As a reminder, we must have the full names and photo ID numbers for all adults who are authorized to pick up your student from camp (including parents and guardians!). If you have edits or additions to this list, please email us from the same email address you used for camp registration.

Find Us On Campus
If your student needs to come to camp late or be picked up early, you'll need to go to their classroom instead of the usual pick-up/drop-off point. Your first step should be to message Luisa & your student's instructional team contact via Remind. Instructional team contacts will introduce themselves via Remind on the first day of camp. They will give you the room number and recommend you use the guides below to navigate campus and find your student's class!
Some tips:
- If you'll be driving to campus, you'll need to park your car and walk into the building on foot. We recommend using the paid UT parking garages listed below; there is also metered parking on Guadalupe. As a reminder, we are unable to reimburse parking fees and/or tickets.
- The easiest way to get where you need to be is to click on the Directions buttons below, which take you to Google maps. If you're searching independently, please ensure the transportation mode is set to "Walking".
- UT is very bad at displaying building names on or outside of our buildings! This is why using a map app is the best way.
Welch Hall (WEL)
Closest Parking: Speedway Garage
1. Exit onto Speedway and walk straight toward campus.
2. Cross E. Dean Keaton St. using the crosswalk.
3. Still on Speedway, continue walking past E. 24th St. until you see stairs on your right leading to Inner Campus Dr. (See picture above)
4. Take the stairs, then enter the front door on your right to WEL.
T.S. Painter Hall (PAI)
Closest Parking: San Antonio Garage
1. Exit onto San Antonio St. and walk toward Starbucks on E 24th St.
2. Turn left on E 24th St. (Towards the CVS) and continue to Guadalupe St.
3. Cross Guadalupe St. at the crosswalk, then stay right to keep walking on E 24th St.
5. Continue past the Transportation & Security box until you reach Painter Hall on your right.
6. Enter the doors, then take a right to find the stairs leading to floor 4.
Gregory Gym (GRE)
Closest Parking: Brazos Garage
1. Exit the west side onto Brazos St. (Blanton Museum will be in front of you).
2. Take a right on Brazos St., then a left onto Jester Circle.
3. Follow Jester Circle until it dead-ends into Speedway (yellow brick).
4. Take a right on Speedway, walk past Jester, and cross 21st St.
5. Gregory Gym will be the first building on your right.
6. Enter and inform the front desk you’re picking up a UTeach Outreach camp student from swimming. You’ll find the group at the tables at the far end of the lobby or near the changing rooms.
