2014: 7th & 8th Grade GEOLOGY CAMP

In past camps students tested rocks for the presence of calcium carbonate and explored fossils and sedimentary environments. Each camper received individual attention from a Master Teacher and several UT student interns. Throughout their time here at UT, campers ate lunch in common areas alongside UT students, explored different places on campus, swam in the pool, and played sports in the gym.

Students participated in lessons that were hands-on and ranged from topics like DNA to brain dissection to nano science all while making new friends and exploring the UT campus.
